Job summary

Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd seeks a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Managed ICT services for a major Federal Government agency in Canberra. The role sits in the Infrastructure & Operational Support Branch and acts as the main conduit between external providers and internal technical teams.

The successful candidate will manage complex ICT service delivery, SLAs, and strategic infrastructure projects, including transition and procurement activities, with NV2 security clearance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ICT services and IT projects.
• Experience with Australian Government procurement processes and ATM.
• Active NV2 security clearance required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Managed ICT services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead review and renewal of managed service contracts.
• Identify risks and develop Statements of Requirements for ATM.
• Lead transitions of new services and providers ensuring readiness.
• Act as liaison between vendors and internal teams at all levels.
• Facilitate governance, risk management, and escalation procedures.
