Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang/TypeScript/React) based in Australia to build a data-rich platform for major organisations. You will own features end-to-end, from concept and architecture through development, testing, and production, with Go backend work and React/TypeScript frontend development.

You will contribute to highly scalable systems handling large financial datasets, influence technical strategy, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Golang backend development and concurrent systems.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases and data-intensive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontend applications.
• Own features from ideation, design, through deployment and improvement.
• Build performant customer-facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and design systems.
• Develop backend services with Go and deploy via Docker-based environments.
• Maintain high engineering standards with clean-code, reviews, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
