MinterEllison is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of practice groups and business services teams, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a genuine partner to candidates throughout their journey to MinterEllison.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment role.
• Track record of direct sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to advise and push back when needed.
• Knowledge of current talent market trends and recruitment best practice.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to candidate experience.
• Experience with recruitment systems and reporting on hiring metrics.
• Prior experience recruiting for a law firm or professional services is valued but not essential.

• Use direct sourcing channels - LinkedIn Recruiter, careers site, referrals and networking - to attract talent.
• Collaborate with the Talent and Resourcing team on projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to track performance against metrics.

MinterEllison is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of practice groups and business services teams, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a genuine partner to candidates throughout their journey to MinterEllison.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as filling roles - someone who can read a market, challenge a brief when it needs challenging, and deliver a hiring experience that reflects well on our firm.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of legal and business services roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Partner with Partners, People Leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, market mapping and talent advice to support informed hiring decisions
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles, reducing reliance on agency support
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects MinterEllison's brand and values at every touchpoint
• Use direct sourcing channels - LinkedIn Recruiter, our careers site, referrals and networking - to attract both active and passive talent
• Collaborate with the broader Talent and Resourcing team on projects, process improvements and D&I initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to track performance against agreed metrics

• Demonstrated experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within professional services, legal or another complex, matrixed environment
• A track record of direct sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and, where needed, push back on hiring managers and senior leaders
• Sound knowledge of current talent market trends and recruitment best practice
• Excellent communication skills and genuine care for candidate experience
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems and reporting on hiring metrics
• Prior experience recruiting for a law firm or other professional services firm is highly regarded but not essential
