We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Perth, Western Australia to lead tailings, dam, and mine waste projects, mentor teams, and strengthen client relationships across the mining and water sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Geotechnical) with chartered status or eligibility.
• 10+ years of geotechnical, tailings, dam or mine waste experience.
• Proven track record delivering tailings, dam, and geotechnical projects in consulting or mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, assessment and management of tailings storage and dam facilities.
• Provide senior technical leadership and project reviews for complex projects.
• Fulfill Engineer of Record roles for suitable facilities with experience.
• Manage site investigations, field programs, QA/QC, and reports.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and business development activities.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers; promote knowledge sharing.
