PARts DB Australia is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead complex, high-impact work under the Head of Engineering. You will design, review and own architectural decisions across the full stack while staying hands-on and mentoring others.

The role offers a defined growth path to Technical Lead, with a Sydney-based office and genuine hybrid flexibility to balance delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong backend depth in C# / .NET Core to support complex platforms.
• Front-end capability in React; Next.js is a plus.
• Experience building and scaling modern web apps, APIs and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of the most complex, high-risk work in your stream.
• Own architectural decisions: security, performance, scalability, data integrity.
• Maintain hands-on contribution and technical leadership.
• Set and enforce quality through code reviews and CI/CD.
• Mentor juniors and graduates and contribute to their development plans.
