Job summary

PRA is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build a greenfield health-tech SaaS platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js. You will modernise a legacy .NET app, shape backend architecture, and integrate MSSQL on AWS RDS.

You’ll work directly with leadership to design features end to end in a flexible hybrid setup. You should have 6–8+ years of full‑stack experience, deep Node/TS/React skills, and comfort with AWS and Serverless.

• 6–8+ years of full-stack experience.
• Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS and Serverless architectures.
• Experience modernising legacy .NET applications.
