Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd in New South Wales, Australia seeks an EL1 Full Stack Engineer (Labour Hire) to design, build, deploy, and support the NDIA's systems and integrations. You will independently tackle complex problems, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to project delivery within NDIA teams.

You will collaborate with the local full-stack team, participate in architecture reviews, and drive solutions that are value-for-money while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, deploying, and supporting the Agency's systems, applications, and integrations.
• Prioritise and manage the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices and NDIA architectural principles and are well documented.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Playing a key leadership role in project teams, utilising an agile development framework.
• Engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Actively participate in code reviews – both as the reviewer and the reviewee to ensure coding quality and standards are maintained.
