Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Canberra is seeking a frontend engineer with strong React and Node.js skills to design and implement modern web interfaces.

The candidate will work with React state management (Context API, Redux), Next.js, and RESTful APIs, plus HTML/CSS and CSS-in-JS (Styled Components).

You will contribute to scalable UI components within a microservices-oriented stack in a collaborative Australian team, with opportunities for SSR and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher for entry.
• Extensive experience with PHP, DRUPAL, and modern JS frameworks.
• Strong React experience with state management (Context API, Redux).
• Experience with front-end rendering methods including Next.js.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and modern CSS-in-JS (Styled Components).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs with Node.js.
• Experience building scalable and decoupled microservices.
