Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a senior Full Stack Developer to lead hands-on development across Azure and API integrations for the Client Application and API Integration Project. You will mentor teams, review third‑party code, and drive security, architecture, and CI/CD standards.

This fixed‑term, senior role can be based in Melbourne or Canberra. Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance eligibility are mandatory to work on government-connected initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or government-grade apps.
• 2+ years in Azure cloud environments with DevOps/CI/CD experience.
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing contractor work.
• Experience on programs with third-party delivery models.
• Australian government project experience or security-cleared environments desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontend and backend solutions across Azure, Power Pages, API integration, and data engineering.
• Act as the primary technical quality gate for full stack development.
• Review and approve code and architectural designs from contractors.
• Develop Python/.NET Function Apps for ingestion, validation, transformation pipelines.
• Define and maintain full stack development standards and CI/CD practices.
• Identify risks, design flaws, and security gaps in contractor code.
• Provide AI-assisted code reviews and mentorship to engineers.
• Lead technical learning sessions and uphold rigorous development culture.
• Build and review API integrations per Client Integration Bus specs.
• Develop and configure Power Pages portal components and workflows.
• Configure infrastructure templates, private endpoints, and RBAC in Azure.
• Model Dataverse structures and security at the data level.
• Promote a culture of disciplined, AI-assisted development.
