We are rebuilding our proprietary auditing platform from the ground up, our entire business runs on this system. We are midway through this journey, with a strong foundation in place, and are now seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with architectural capability to help deliver the second half.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with architectural influence; you’ll code, design, and shape technical direction while mentoring a junior developer and coordinating with external partners. You’ll also play a key part in embedding AI into workflows, helping redefine how our people and clients interact with our platform in smarter, faster, and more automated ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Refine and extend the core architecture of the audit platform, balancing existing foundations with future scalability.
• Hands-on Delivery: Contribute directly to coding in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Azure, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor a junior developer, guide external contractors, and set coding standards for consistency and quality.
• AI & Innovation: Work with the CTO, CPO, and Product Managers to identify and deliver AI-driven enhancements that improve workflows, automation, and client experience.
• Collaboration: Translate business, audit, and compliance requirements into robust technical design.
• Operational Ownership: Oversee production performance, security, and maintainability, ensuring the platform remains reliable and compliant.

About You

• Architectural experience in building or rebuilding core business platforms.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, and microservices knowledge.
• Experience guiding small teams, juniors, or external developers.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, secure coding practices, and regulatory-driven environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation frameworks, or embedding intelligent workflows highly regarded.
• Experience in RegTech, accounting, or auditing platforms is advantageous.
