Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Senior Architect – Software Engineering to join a growing technology team in Sydney or Melbourne. This hands-on, full-stack engineering role lets you code while shaping technical direction, designing, building and modernising scalable digital products and platforms in small, agile teams.

You will work across Java, .NET Core, Python and/or Golang, leverage AWS, and help build out the team’s AI capability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software architecture and delivery.
• Proficient in Java, .NET Core, Python or Golang.
• Experience with designing and delivering scalable software on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on full-stack software engineering in small, agile teams.
• Design and build scalable, reliable digital products and platforms.
• Shape engineering practices, technical standards and team culture.
• Work with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Help build out the team's AI capability across client projects.
