Job summary

NSW Land Registry Services is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney. You will lead management accounting, monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and board and risk committee reporting under the business rules.

You will provide business unit reporting, financial analysis to ELT, develop KPI dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and support automation of reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance and professional designation (CA/CPA) required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar FP&A function.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights clearly.
• Experience creating and maintaining KPI dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide management reporting for NSW LRS and monthly financial results.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare board, risk committee, and governance reports with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting tools.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data visualization (Tableau/Power BI).
• Support ABS and other ad-hoc reporting as required.
