Job summary

Hunter Manning is assisting a privately owned Perth-based business to recruit an FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst to partner with operations, build financial models from the ground up, and drive performance in a fast-growing environment.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role focuses on business partnering, budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis, with scope to progress to a senior position within six months.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience partnering with business units to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort building processes in a fast-growing private company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Own divisional analysis, cash flow reporting and labour cost efficiency work.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive profitability.
• Support senior leadership with commercial analysis and recommendations.
