Mary k floral design in Maroubra, NSW is seeking a highly skilled Senior Florist to join our creative team on a full-time basis. You will design and craft stunning floral arrangements and installations for weddings, events, and corporate clients, bringing clients' visions to life with precision.

You will lead daily studio operations, manage inventory and supplies, supervise junior florists, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Florist or similar role.
• Excellent floral design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Keen eye for colour, texture and composition.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of floral materials and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and craft unique floral arrangements and centrepieces for weddings, events and corporate clients.
• Oversee daily studio operations including inventory management and supervising junior florists.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with clients to realise their vision.
