Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to join on-site at Surry Hills. You will develop RTOS-based firmware for 802.11ah devices, implement drivers and network stack components, and create Python tooling for testing and debugging.

Collaborating across hardware and software teams, you will optimize for power, footprint and performance while contributing to IoT Wi-Fi HaLow solutions. Strong C and RTOS experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant embedded software experience.
• Proficient in C for firmware development.
• Experience with FreeRTOS or RT-Thread RTOS.

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a global team collaborating across Australia, the US, India, the UK, China, Taiwan, and Japan.Role OverviewYou will join a firmware team implementing Morse Micro’s IoT software stack for embedded devices, working closely with Analog, Systems, Digital IC design engineers to build and maintain an elegant embedded software architecture.
