Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to lead the design and development of fire protection systems across all project stages, from concept through construction. You will coordinate with clients, architects and disciplines, review design deliverables, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule while upholding high technical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years local experience in fire protection design within a building services consultancy.
• Strong working knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, smoke detection and alarms.
• Client briefing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Utilise Bluebeam for creating markups, concept designs, and sketches.
• Ensure design coordination to meet objectives, budget, and deadlines.
