Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims, ideally within Financial Lines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Experience managing claims with attention to process, detail and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Financial Lines claims with a focus on client advocacy and quality service
• Support clients from initial notification through to settlement, providing clear advice and helping protect their interests throughout the claims process
• Provide guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, including supporting clients where indemnity is declined
• Respond to client and broker queries and liaise with insurers, claimants and external service providers
• Manage moderate to complex claims in line with company processes and Client Service Agreements
• Identify matters for referral and work with the Advocacy team on claims-related issues
