The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a business partnering role, providing commercial insights and financial support to the Merchandise & Marketing teams. You’ll play a key part in driving profitable growth, optimising spend effectiveness, and delivering strategic reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandise & Marketing to analyse monthly results and drive performance.
• Lead the month-end close process for Commercial cost centres.
• Provide commercial insights on sales, pricing, margin, and mix analysis.
• Deliver high-quality reporting to Executives and the Board.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and continuous finance process improvements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

• CA/CPA qualified with 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesale environments (desirable).
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI/ERP exposure highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with curiosity to challenge the status quo.
