Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Financial Adviser
• Ideally 5+ years’ industry experience
• Experience managing own client portfolio
• Strong knowledge across superannuation, investments, retirement strategies, insurance
• Excellent client-facing, communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client outcomes
• Strong commercial awareness and business development
• Relevant financial planning qualifications and adviser credentials
• High attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Deliver comprehensive strategic financial advice across the end-to-end advice process
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as their trusted Adviser
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and ongoing strategy discussions
• Develop tailored strategies across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, insurance and broader wealth management
• Work closely with paraplanning, administration and implementation teams
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and grow the client portfolio
• Support the onboarding and conversion of new clients
• Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation and client service
• Contribute to the broader growth and development of the advice business
