Job summary

Corporate Travel Management is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to lead monthly financial reporting, end-of-month close, and process improvements within the finance team. You will collaborate with the Financial Controller - ANZ and the offshore outsourced team to ensure compliant, timely reporting and robust financial insights.

The role includes budgeting involvement, statutory compliance, and ongoing enhancements to accounting workflows to boost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience and formal qualifications in accounting are essential.
• CA/CPA or equivalent certification completed.
• Experience in taxation areas such as FBT, Income Tax, GST and Payroll Tax.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and end-of-month accounting.
• Improve finance processes and oversee accounting records and offshore outsourced work.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as needed.
• Ensure statutory compliance and provide information for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with the offshore team to resolve exceptions and improve workflows.
