Job summary

Michael Page Australia is assisting a rapidly expanding global industrial organisation in Ballarat, seeking a CA/CPA with IFRS experience to lead group consolidations and financial reporting. You will manage the consolidation process, drive audits, and partner with senior finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across audits and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification with IFRS experience required.
• Strong technical accounting capability focused on group consolidations and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, lookups, reconciliations, and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual group consolidations and reporting.
• Prepare consolidation schedules, investigate variances, and provide balance sheet analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closes including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
