A leading energy transition utility in Melbourne is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant. You will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, oversee the month-end close processes, and support the year-end audit. The role requires strong financial analytical skills and a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and be CA or CPA qualified.

We’re looking for a technically proficient Senior Financial Accountant to support our expanding business. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, contributing to the statutory audit, and reporting process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, contributing to the financial health and transparency of the business. Delivering continuous improvement across finance operations is also a key part of this role.
