Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a General Manager - Finance Shared Services to lead the finance shared services function in Sydney. The role reports to the Group CFO and oversees 26 staff across AR, AP, Payroll, Project Accounting and Order Management, with a focus on improving controls, efficiency and scalability.

The role blends strategic and operational leadership, drives automation and AI initiatives, and requires 10+ years in Shared Services leadership and strong people management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Shared Services leadership.
• Strong people leadership with hands-on operational execution.
• Experience driving automation and AI-led finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 26 across AR, AP, Payroll, Project Accounting and Sales Orders.
• Establish and drive a high-performing Shared Services operating model across AU, NZ and the Philippines.
• Improve AR aging, PO and invoice controls, and drive process efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop KPIs and ensure measurable improvements across Shared Services.
