Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Head of Finance in Sydney to own and scale the finance function. You will lead a small team covering accounting, payroll, AP/AR and drive robust financial reporting and control across global operations.

You will oversee cash flow, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, and bring a commercial lens with SaaS metrics to guide strategic decisions. A hands-on leader who can balance detail with strategic oversight will thrive.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong track record in demanding finance environments.
• Big 4 training highly regarded (audit, deals/transactions, valuations, CFO advisory).
• Strong technical accounting foundations with commercial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small finance team across accounting, payroll and AP/AR.
• Own integrity and reliability of the finance function including close, consolidation, reporting, audit, tax and compliance.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, intercompany accounting and budgeting/forecasting.
