Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, business, commerce or related field.
• Experience in financial management including budgets, forecasts, year-end reports.
• Procurement and contract management experience with government rules.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, track spending and provide forecasts and financial risks.
• Manage financial transactions, payroll costs and maintain accurate records.
• Guide purchasing and tender processes, track contracts and ensure value for money.
• Prepare financial reports, business case costings and funding submissions.
• Maintain financial systems and provide timely records for audits.
