ACT Education Directorate in Canberra seeks a Senior Finance Officer to manage daily financial activities, prepare the Internal Budget and related reports, and advise stakeholders to improve decision-making.

You will work across the Directorate to analyze financial information and identify process improvements, with flexible work arrangements including work from home and flex-time options.

Qualificações

• Tertiary Accounting qualifications or previous experience in a finance related role is highly desirable.
• Experience in the use of TM1 and Oracle is highly desirable.
• This position does not require a pre-employment medical.
• This position does not require a Working with Vulnerable People Check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial management of the Directorate and prepare the Internal Budget and related reports.
• Support stakeholder relationships and provide advice to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business areas to enhance understanding and analysis of financial information.
