Overview

A well-established organisation in the aged care and property space is seeking a finance professional to lead its financial accounting and shared services function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial reporting, systems improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and billing functions
  • Oversee month-end reporting, prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate year-end statutory accounts and external audit processes
  • Support ERP rollouts and finance transformation initiatives
  • Manage a small team and collaborate across legal, procurement, and operations
About You
  • CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in senior finance roles
  • Strong background in financial reporting and transactional finance
  • Experience with enterprise finance platforms (e.g. TechnologyOne)
  • Comfortable working across departments and driving change
  • Sector experience in aged care, healthcare, or property is a bonus
