Job summary

Foxtel Group, DAZN company, seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead commercial finance for DAZN Media+. You will shape FY27 strategy, advise the Executive team and drive investment decisions that create long-term value.

You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders, deliver actionable insights, and oversee major advertising investments while ensuring high-quality planning and robust financial governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, strategy consulting, advisory or business partnering roles; advertising or media experience is highly desirable.
• We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds including commercial finance, strategy, M&A, consulting or Big 4 environments.
• A value-creation mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise investments and improve commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior finance business partner to the DAZN Media+ Executive team, providing strategic financial leadership and challenge.
• Build deep relationships with the DAZN Media+ CEO, Executive Director and senior leaders.
• Partner with Advanced Advertising to enable revenue growth and a world-class digital advertising product.
• Lead overhaul of trading reporting to deliver actionable insights and better outcomes.
• Provide an outside-in view of KPIs and performance, spotting risks and opportunities.
• Improve planning, budgeting, forecasting and business-case processes for quality decision making.
• Oversee major advertising technology investments, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Manage cost base and develop investment cases to drive revenue growth.
• Lead collaboration and cross-skilling within the Finance team.

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be the commercial finance lead for DAZN Media+ and a trusted adviser to its Executive team. You will partner closely with the DAZN Media+ CEO, Executive Director and senior leaders across the business to shape strategic initiatives, drive performance and ensure investment decisions create long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the DAZN Media+ Executive team, providing strategic financial leadership, advice and challenge to senior stakeholders.

About your experience

• You are a commercially minded finance leader with the confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders. You can translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations and practical actions.

• 8+ years’ experience in a relevant commercial finance, strategy consulting, advisory or business partnering role; advertising or media experience is highly desirable.

• A demonstrated track record of driving business performance through financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience building trusted relationships at executive level.

• Strong understanding of how activity drivers, commercial decisions and investment choices translate into revenue and profitability outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and problem‑solving capability.
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach, with an ability to identify quick wins while maintaining focus on long‑term priorities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure, using sound judgement and an effective 80:20 approach without compromising quality.
