Lawson Elliott Recruitment in Sydney CBD is seeking a CA-qualified Finance Manager with 6+ years’ experience in a large, complex organisation. You will lead a small team, deliver insights, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance in a household-name ASX-listed company.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will produce strategic analyses, review financial reports, manage budgets and forecasts, and support a range of finance initiatives.

• CA qualified with 6+ years’ experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Producing insights and strategic analysis to support decisions.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports alongside junior team members.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders whilst establishing beneficial relationships.
• Composing and reviewing budgets, long term and bi-monthly forecasts for a set portfolio.
• Supporting the delivery of a range of finance initiatives across the business.
• Manage up to two junior team members, providing guidance and coaching.
