Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to service, maintain and optimise BMS control systems across commercial, government and defence sites.

You will install, configure and maintain Honeywell and third‑party BMS equipment, perform fault finding and diagnostics, and work with the Service team to deliver reliable building management solutions, while identifying efficiency improvements and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS technician.
• Knowledge of control strategies and field application.
• Ability to obtain NV1.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party BMS equipment
• Work with the Service team to deliver BMS solutions to our existing service customer sites.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across control systems
• Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others

As a BMS Service Technician based in our Adelaide office, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and optimising BMS control systems a diverse portfolio across commercial, government and defence.

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party BMS equipment
• Work with the Service team to deliver BMS solutions to our existing service customer sites.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across control systems
• Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others
• Identify efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities
• Experience as BMS techncian
• Controls experience – knowledge of control strategies and field application
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to obtain NV1
