Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Abbotsford, VIC. You will design, implement, configure, commission and maintain Honeywell OT and Enterprise Software solutions, driving upgrades and ensuring security compliance.

You will coordinate with ICT peers, act as SME for the region, and guide design reviews of server/storage/network architectures to ensure alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in design, implementation and maintenance of Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services.
• Fundamental knowledge of Honeywell field applications (HVAC, Security, CCTV, Fire).
• Understanding of Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services (EBI, DVM, Energy Manager, Forge, OBS, Pulse, Vector).
• Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Security licence held or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, support/maintenance and upgrades of Honeywell OT, Connected Services and Enterprise Software Applications.
• Ensure global alignment and standardisation of design, install, service and upgrades with ICT and Cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with ICT peers to facilitate implementation and upgrades of OT and Enterprise Software Applications.
• Act as the Region’s focal point and SME for Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services.
• Review ICT server/storage/network designs to validate designs and quotes.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning and ongoing support/maintenance and upgrades of all Operational Technology (OT), Enterprise Applications and Connected Services delivered into the service Line of Business (LOB).

• Contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, support/maintenance and upgrades of Honeywell’s OT, Connected Services and Enterprise Software Applications (EBI, DVM, EM, OBS, Forge, Pulse, Vector etc.)

• Ensure the global alignment, adherence and standardisation of the design, install, service and upgrades of Honeywell OT and Enterprise Applications with respect to the ICT and Cybersecurity services and technology selection of hardware / software

• Work in collaboration with ICT peers to facilitate implementation and upgrades of OT and Enterprise Software Applications

• Be the Region’s focal point and subject matter expert (SME) for Honeywell OT, Enterprise Application and Connected Services

• Review all ICT server/storage/network designs across the region with ICT Engineers to validate designs and quotes

• 2+ years experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services

• Fundamental knowledge of Honeywell field applications (HVAC, Security, CCTV, Fire etc.)

• Understanding of Honeywell’s OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services (EBI, DVM, Energy Manager, Forge, OBS, Pulse, Vector)

• Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals

• Security licence

• Ability to obtain NV1 clearance – as such only Australian Citizens will be considered
