AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal seeks a Senior Family Lawyer (5 yrs-Special Counsel) to lead own caseload in family law, including divorce, children’s matters, and financial settlements. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in family law, managing own files end-to-end autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and court practice/procedures.
• Outstanding drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills with attention to detail.
• Client-centric, proactive, results-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel to court as required.

INVITATIONWe are interested in hearing from you IF you:

• Have minimum 5 years post-admission experience (up to senior associate/special counsel level) in family law (including property and children’s matters) managing your own files from start to finish autonomously;
• Have strong technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice/procedures in the Family/Children’s/Federal Circuit courts;
• Possess strong drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
