With established offices already in operation, the firm is expanding into the Milton area and is seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to lead and shape the direction of this new office. About the Position:

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer ready to take the next step toward Partnership. You’ll be at the forefront of launching and leading a new office in Milton while being fully supported by a successful and growing boutique practice.

You’ll manage a diverse range of private family law files, including:

• Parenting and custody matters
• Complex property and financial settlements
• Divorce and separation proceedings
• Binding Financial Agreements and domestic violence matters

This role offers the autonomy to run your practice your way, but without sacrificing the resources of a larger team. For the right candidate, a clear and supported pathway to Partnership is part of the firm’s long-term vision.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years PAE in family law within private practice
• Proven ability to manage files independently and meet billables
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent client rapport and communication skills
• Admitted in QLD with a current practising certificate
