Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage team activities, set work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review vendor quotes for parts, services and labor.
