Job summary

Experis Australia is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (F5 Specialist) to lead the delivery and support of enterprise-scale F5 application delivery platforms within a secure environment in Canberra.

This 12-month contract with the possibility of extension to 24 months offers hybrid work arrangements and weekly pay, with the opportunity to drive upgrades, security initiatives and operational readiness across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with F5 BIG-IP platforms in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in LTM, DNS/GTM, APM, SSL/TLS, iRules and high availability architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewalls and network security.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support F5 BIG-IP platforms including LTM, DNS/GTM and APM.
• Design and maintain load balancing, SSL/TLS, traffic management and high availability solutions.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, performance tuning and root cause analysis activities.
• Deliver platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure refresh projects.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity and operational readiness initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation and mentor internal technical teams.
