Job summary

Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking an energetic hospitality leader to oversee Food & Beverage operations across weddings, conferencing, events, restaurant dining, and in-room guest service. This hands-on role reports to the General Manager and focuses on guest experience, profitability, and a high-performing team culture.

You will drive revenue growth, manage labour costs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to elevate the overall guest journey in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale F&B operations in hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in payroll and stock control.
• Experience across weddings, conferences, and events operations.
