Job summary

Elossa Fitness Corrimal is seeking an exceptional Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our purpose-built gym for adults 60+. You will oversee the team, manage rosters, drive membership growth and ensure high standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong organisation, and a genuine warmth for helping older adults live healthier, more independent lives. A Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and BLS/CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a studio, gym, allied health or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Experience working with older adults and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Elossa Fitness Corrimal.
• Rostering & staff management.
• Drive membership growth and profitability.
• Ensure studio operates to high quality and compliance standards.
• Perform Clinical role as Senior AEP.
