We're building the women's exercise physiology clinic we think North Sydney has been missing. Evidence-led strength training for women aged 35 to 65, at the points in life where it matters most: perimenopause and menopause, bone density, pregnancy and postpartum, and the return to training after years away. We opened in the North Shore in 2025. The goal is to be the leading women's exercise physiology clinic in North Sydney. We'll give you a caseload, a room, and a seat at the table where the business gets decided.
