The role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to head our Digital Products and Design team - a key role driving ASIC's digital transformation and ensuring our digital presence is modern, user-centred and aligned with our strategic priorities.

As the Senior Executive Leader of the Digital Products and Design team you will:

  • Oversee all externally facing digital channels, ensuring consistency, accessibility and alignment with our Digital Experience Framework.
  • Support the development and implementation of the ASIC wide Digital Strategy, including the development of delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead a team of Product Owners managing complex cross-ASIC Regulatory Systems.
  • Champion human-centred design and digital innovation across ASIC.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance internal and external digital experiences.
  • Build strong partnerships across ASIC and with government agencies to deliver integrated, future-focused digital solutions.
  • Represent ASIC in digital forums and lead stakeholder engagement on ASIC's digital footprint.

You will bring to this role:

  • Executive level experience in managing complex, cross-organisational digital products with an understanding of the impact of organisational changes, law reform and digital innovation.
  • Deep understanding of digital products, services and emerging technologies, including proven experience in developing and implementing digital design standards.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver complex programs.
  • A passion for human-centred design and delivering impactful digital experiences, including proven experience in establishing and managing a human-centred design team.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
