Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with deep expertise in Ethernet networking and AI infrastructure to own complex investigations and high-severity escalations.

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to enterprise and cloud customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, reproduce issues, analyze data, and drive resolutions while contributing to product improvements and proactive automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-depth technical support and debugging for networking, hardware, or enterprise infra.
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3 technologies, and data-center networking.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues using diagnostic tools and telemetry.
• Strong Linux admin and networking skills to diagnose servers and performance issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with agentic AI tools for diagnostics and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues involving Ethernet networking, Linux, servers, and AI infra.
• Own critical customer issues from initial response through resolution; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Reproduce problems, analyze data, identify root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise, cloud, and service-provider customers.
• Lead high-severity incidents with calm, decisive guidance and effective prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to improve tools, docs, and troubleshooting methods.
