Qualifications

• Diploma of Building & Construction or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction estimation and tendering.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency with estimating systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimation, tender responses, take-offs and budgets for commercial projects.
• Assess scope, risks and opportunities; engage with subcontractors and suppliers; manage clarifications.
• Mentor estimators and allocate workloads; conduct team briefings.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers; drive continuous improvement and growth.
