Job summary

Black & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for a leading commercial builder in NSW. The role focuses on pricing education, hospitality and commercial projects, with a strong support network and realistic tender programmes.

You will work within an established estimating team to develop accurate tenders for projects typically up to $50M, with opportunities for leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Accomplished commercial estimator with pricing experience on large projects.
• Proven ability in measurement and analytical costing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; reliable references.

Responsibilities

• Price education, hospitality and general commercial projects, including new build and refurbishment.
• Develop structured tender programmes with realistic timeframes.
• Collaborate with senior management during tender processes to ensure competitive outcomes.
• Provide post‑award cost reviews to maintain pricing accuracy.
