Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 6+ years’ estimating experience in construction, civil, demolition or remediation.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of estimating teams.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience interpreting drawings and tender documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of detailed tender proposals.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Develop construction methodologies, programs, staging, and pricing strategies.
• Engage subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and lead tender interviews.
• Mentor Estimators and Junior Estimators and drive continuous improvement.
