Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, clients and delivery teams to provide strategic leadership in estimating, cost planning and bid development.

• Extensive leadership experience in estimating and project delivery.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure and construction projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end tendering and estimating process for major projects.
• Develop and manage project cost plans, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Oversee commercial and contractual activities, including subcontractor negotiations and tender clarifications.
• Provide governance across estimating and cost planning, driving high performance and safety.
