Western Power is seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator to lead cost planning and investment assurance for major capital programs in Western Australia.

You will develop and validate complex cost estimates, apply AACE standards, and guide project teams through governance and risk analysis while mentoring the estimating workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Commerce.
20+ years’ experience in cost planning, estimating or major capital infrastructure projects.
Advanced knowledge of estimating methodologies and cost modelling.
Proven leadership and mentoring of estimating teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and validation of complex cost estimates across project lifecycle.
Provide guidance on scope, cost, risk and estimation methodologies.
Drive governance, consistency and continuous improvement in estimating practices.
Mentor and develop estimating professionals and foster best-practice.
