Our client is a well-established provider of disability, aged care, retirement living, and specialist education services. With a long-standing history and a team of over 2,600 employees and 600 volunteers, their mission is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and integrity.

They are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their People Services team. Reporting to the General Manager – People Operations, you’ll provide expert guidance across complex employee and industrial relations matters in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on ER/IR matters, investigations, and case management.
  • Support enterprise bargaining and implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders on change and compliance initiatives.
  • Draft and update employment policies and contracts.
  • Represent the organisation in external tribunals as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Senior ER/IR advisory experience in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and enterprise agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., HR, IR, Law).
Desirable:
Legal qualifications and experience in unionised or NFP sectors.
