Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead environmental management for the Garfield Road East Upgrade project in NSW. You will ensure compliance, advise delivery teams, and embed best practice environmental outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop and monitor environmental plans, manage risks, engage with regulators and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management across the project, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and approval requirements
• Provide clear guidance and support to project teams on environmental risks, controls and outcomes
• Develop, implement and monitor environmental management plans and systems
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure environmental considerations are embedded into planning and delivery
• Engage with clients, regulators and key stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
• Monitor performance, identify risks early and drive practical solutions on site
• Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement across the team
• Support reporting, audits and ongoing improvement of environmental processes
