Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental performance on the Garfield Road East Upgrade in NSW, reporting to the Project Director and working with delivery teams to embed environmental outcomes. You’ll develop and monitor management plans, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and engage with regulators, clients and stakeholders to build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to develop and monitor environmental management plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with regulators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management across the project ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to project teams on environmental risks, controls and outcomes.
• Develop, implement and monitor environmental management plans and systems.
• Engage with clients, regulators and key stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
• Monitor performance, identify risks early and drive practical solutions on site.
• Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement.
