Job summary

Greville Consulting in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Senior Environmental Advisor to help grow its team and service offering across Australia. This strategic role reports to the Managing Director and shapes how environmental services are delivered on major infrastructure projects nationwide.

You will provide environmental advisory support across civil and infrastructure projects, work with clients to ensure compliance and best-practice outcomes, support tenders and business development, and mentor

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Environmental Advisory experience.
• Experience on Tier 1 infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and approvals.

Greville Consulting is growing, and they are currently looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to play a key role in expanding both their team and service offering across Australia. This is a strategic position working directly with the Managing Director, helping shape how they deliver environmental services to major infrastructure projects nationwide.

The Opportunity

You will be working across a range of major infrastructure projects, helping Greville build and strengthen its environmental capability. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be involved in both project delivery and strategic growth initiatives. This role will involve:

• Providing environmental advisory support across civil and infrastructure projects
• Working closely with clients to ensure compliance and best practice outcomes
• Supporting tenders and business development opportunities
• Helping shape and grow Greville's environmental service offering
• Mentoring junior team members as they expand

About You

• An experienced Environmental Advisor with 7-10 years in the industry
• Proven experience working on Tier 1 infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, approvals and site-based delivery
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with clients
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to be part of a growing business
