Job summary

ASX in Sydney is seeking an Environment and Delivery Manager (12 MFTC) to lead end-to-end environment strategy for ASX 24, coordinate provisioning across test, integration, UAT, and production-like environments, and ensure readiness for testing milestones.

You will drive release calendars, governance, and change processes with vendors and internal teams, manage risks, and report on environment health, deployment readiness, and go-live activities in a highly regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Must have: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Environment Management, Release Management, Program Delivery, or Test Management roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Experience in highly regulated financial environments including clearing, trading, or exchange technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end environment strategy for the ASX 24 project.
• Coordinate provisioning, availability, maintenance, and support of test, integration, UAT, CDE, and production-like environments.
• Develop and maintain integrated release calendars across ASX, vendors, and internal technology teams.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, rollback procedures, and production readiness reviews.
• Work with Testing Lead and QA teams to ensure environments meet testing requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for environment and release matters across project teams and external participants.
• Lead deployment rehearsals, go-live planning, and implementation governance.
